STUDENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING 1 OSIS (LKS 1 OSIS)

Leadership is a trait that must be possessed by all people, only levels of leadership are showing a trait that has a strong or weak in terms of lead. One can not we value good leadership qualities of appearance only, but must be seen also from the behavior, such as the character of our leaders during this period that Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. He is considered capable of leading because he has a brilliant experience in the field of lead, besides commanding personality that he makes Indonesian people fall in love and he became President of the Republic of Indonesia for the second time after previously had also served as President of the Republic of Indonesia. Such was the figure of a leader who coveted each person. As it also wants the committee to devote OSIS 2009/2010 period, for the delivery of seeds capable OSIS manager for the next period, the manager of OSIS management period of 2009/2010, Student Organization (OSIS) held a LKS 1 OSIS (Student Leadership Training 1 OSIS).
LKS 1 OSIS will be held on Saturday-Sunday, 23-24 January 2010, at 1 pm until finished. By holding this OSIS LKS 1, the committee expects will filter OSIS seeds OSIS successor competent management in organizational functioning governance in the next period, not only that, the participants who did not qualify for the next selection stage will still bring the sciences useful for himself and the environment in which it is located.
Menu of activities offered in the LKS 1 OSIS are things that will make the participants more interested to learn what's OSIS, what is its function, this is definitely Questions that will burst from participants LKS 1 OSIS curious and wanted to know what the OSIS. In addition, there are many other positive activities contained in the LKS 1 OSIS activities, such as provision of materials and fun games. Of course something like this that are liked by senior high school students, they like to play but also interspersed with learning, so the graduates of LKS 1 OSIS will eventually able to get at least 2 things from this LKS 1 OSIS. The first matter of leadership, how should a leader behave, how to socialize well with a peer or an older person, and how to organize members to achieve a common goal. The second, participants LKS 1 OSIS will also get an entertainment to refresh their brains after KBM (teaching and learning activities) that have been held approximately 3 weeks earlier, and is expected upon completion of activities LKS 1 OSIS later the participants had a new motivation to be a leader well, at least to lead themselves.
I hope LKS 1 OSIS activities will be running smoothly with help from Allah SWT, and also organizers and participants can take maximum benefit from these activities. Amin.
