CARICA IN SYRUP




carica is one characteristic of wonososbo fruit.
but the fruit is grown only in the Dieng Plateau.
looks like a papaya but the small size.

in Wonosobo, carica processed into a drink and sweets called carica in syrup.
These products are sold in many souvenir shops if you visit the Wonosobo.
and the price is relatively expensive.
when in fact make it very easy way.

well now I will recipe a specific liquor Wonosobo "carica in syrup"

  • tools and materials:
  1. 1 kg carica
  2. sugar
  3. whiting
  4. knife
  5. pan

  • steps:
  1. firstly peel carica and separate the seeds and fruit
  2. secondly take water from the seeds of carica
  3. afterthat slice carica and soak with whiting
  4. and to make the heating sirupnya little water and sugar
  5. after boiling,input water from carica seeds
  6. then input the fruit that had been soaked
  7. cook briefly and cooled
  8. carica in syrup ready to serve (hmm. .yummy :))
