Hello Sir, Last Friday. Me and  my sister (try) make a pancake with ice icream (it's sound delicious ,right?) . We found the recipe from Cemeti  Magazine. XP. Well, this is the way how to make pancake.

Ingredients:

1. 250 gr of flour

2. 5 spoons of sugar

3. 1 glass of water / milk

4. 1/4 cup of batter

5. a teaspoon fermipan / baking powder

6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

7. Sweetened condensed milk

8. Ice cream

9. Chocolate chips

Material:

1. Griddle

2. Stirer

3. Spatula

How to make:

1. Sift together flour, fermipan / baking powder, sugar, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and  milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth.

3. Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk / water.

4. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

5. Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom. 

6. Turn and brown the other side. 

7. Add ice cream and chocolate chips above the pancake .

8. You can also add sweetened condensed milk if you like. Pancake already to serve.
