1. Breaking the Fast
When you sleep, for about six to eight hours, your body doesn't receive nutrients, so to reserve energy, it "slows down" metabolism, the process of transforming body chemicals into energy. When you wake up, you're still in this state. Just like a car that has not been started for long, your body needs time to get back into its active state. With having breakfast can speed up metabolism, resulting in full energy right after a night's rest.

2. Improved Moods
When you don't eat, your blood sugar drops. Research shows that low blood sugar greatly affects mood and behaviour. That's why you tend to get cranky when you are hungry. Breakfast makes you feel better, happier, and ready to face the day. And it's really important to start the day in a good way, since it will affect your mood all day long.

Research proves that breakfast is closely linked with mental intelligence, in a sense, breakfast gives a positive value to brain activity, the brain becomes more intelligent, sensitive and easier to concentrate. So, of course if you have breakfast you will have better performance at school, work or at home.

Its name also breakfast, we do not have to consume foods with full menu
with portion like a montain.

The amount of food we consume about one-third of food a day. This means that the food consumed during breakfast is not only satisfying, but also complete and balanced nutrition. Although minimal in quantity but the quality still must be considered. Breakfast which right should contain energy, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and calcium.
