Carburetor is motorcycle component that functioned to regulate supply fuel (petrol) and air into combustion chamber or cylinder with certain comparison.
Work principle of carburetor is when piston move to alight from Points Off Top aim Points Off Under in step suck causes emptiness. This emptiness causess air enters to pass aperture skep and forthwith spuyer fuel on course open. Air that enter will pull fuel from carburetor out will pass spuyer so formed mist that be mixture between fuel (petrol) and air later on be sent to space burns or cylinder.
So that engine can work maximal carburetor must be set correctly. Error in carburetor setting can causes fuel mixture and air too rich or too poor that have consequences engine doesn't work finely in tall rotation. Poor mixture or rich mean supply fuel too a little or superlative.
Next manner of carburetor setting :
Setting water pilot screw (air screw)
For air screw setting is done when motorcycle engine is burning. to set this screw at first screw roll clockwise until maximal or stop. Then roll contrary to clockwise about 1,5 rotations.
Penyetelan stationary rotation
Setting langsam must be done in alive engine condition and hot. Why at engine have hot ? , because if engine hot rotation is stableer. Engine rotation at still cold will different from engine that hot, usually if engine stills cold slower the rotation. To set it do with twist clockwise or contrary to clockwise until got desirable suit. But for setting that often done, it's when langsam until got soft engine voice and stable. If motorcycle is equiped with tachometer can set langsam with see standard rotation langsam in tachometer usually rotation langsam standard is 1300rpm s/d 1500 rpm. Standard set of langsam motorcycle engine is different between the other, there are motorcycles that may not adjust langsam undersize caused by oil pump may not work maximal baste entire machine component.
