System Float Space


Usually we see leak petrol from carburetor, moment engine stops or moment engine running. why?


Petrol from fuel tank will aim place at carburetor that named float space / float chamber. Function of float chamber is prepare petrol for burning, that will mixed with air by carburetor.

According to regulations petrol in float space may not more than half quantity float space. To regulate, in float space there float and there needle valve. If petrol in float space increases, so float will rise and lift beedle valve to close channel from tank to float space. So that petrol stops to flow.

if there is the petrol spilled carburetor from carburetor, may simply  beedle valve cannot close channel when petrol full.
