Tips to Sleep Effectively


Sleep is very important for life, and it also  important for our health. If you're having trouble sleeping, change your sleep habits for a better night's rest.
And there are several effective ways to sleep:
1.        Go to bed and get up at about the same time every day.
It helps your body have a sleep rhythm and can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
2.        Avoid bright light during sleep.
Because it can disturb your sleep quality,
You can turn off the room lights, or use a dim light, or sleeping with a blindfold.
3.        Don't eat or drink large amounts before bedtime.
because the digestive process can disturb your sleep.
4.        Avoid nicotine, caffeine and alcohol.
5.        Eat foods that contain high protein, several hours before bedtime.
This can fill up L-tryptophan to produce melatonin and serotonin.
Consuming fruits help tryptophan can accelerate blood circulation to the brain.
6.        Avoid watching TV before bedtime.
Better not put the TV in the bedroom.
TV stimulates the brain, which disturb the pineal gland and can cause difficult to sleep.
7.        Keep your bedroom at comfortable temperature.
Not too warm and not too cold but cooler is better than warmer
